1	At least a good Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
2	Applicants with work experience in the real estate industry would be preferred.
3	Good TOEFL or IELTS scores if English is not the mother tongue or medium of prior undergraduate instruction.The TOEFL score must be at least 100 for the internet-based test.For IELTS, the overall band score must be at least 7.0.

The M.Sc. (SCM) programme admits students (full-time and part-time) in two intakes each year, in August and in January. 供应链管理专业每年有8月和1月两个开学季。(August intake)申请时间为去年12月至当年3月底，(January intake)申请时间为7月底至8月底。

Admission requirements are as follows:
1	At least an Honours (with Merit) degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science, Computing, Mathematics, Business Administration or any related discipline from institutions of recognized standing*.
2	Candidates opting for the programme on part-time should preferably have 1 to 3 years of relevant practical work experience after their first degree.
3	Those with at least 2 years of working experiences in the Logistics/Supply Chain Management industry will be considered favourably under discretionary admission.
4	TOEFL score of 85 (internetbased test) OR a minimum IELTS (Academic) score of 6.0 with a 2 year validity as at application opening date
